In this session, History and Government teachers will explore strategies to improve first instruction when teaching complex topics and current events. We'll focus on creating engaging, standards-based lessons that support critical thinking and meaningful discussion. Teachers will also review Board Policy 6144, share resources, and collaborate to build consistency and support across classrooms. Recommended for: Social Science Teachers
